Vision Online Appointments - Available NOW
We would like to introduce a new service called Vision Online Services. This will let you book, cancel and view appointments with our practice using the internet.
You will need to register with the practice to access this service, and once registered you will be given information that will enable you to create your username and password. When your account has been created and activated you will be able to book routine appointments with available doctors.

Where an email account is shared by more than one patient the surgery will not accept liability in relation to viewing individual appointments.
Nork Clinic Policy
Patients aged 16 and over can register individually.
Inappropriate misuse of this service will lead to this facility being removed.
Parents will be unable to register childer under the same email address between the ages of 12 - 15 years and 11 months.
